- Please use this registration webpage to register. There are two separate interfaces on the registration webpage: one to register and one to buy any guest tickets that you need for lunches, the banquet, the reception, and the Wednesday excursion.
- Please register first and then buy any guest tickets that you need. You can use the guest ticket interface multiple times.
- To obtain the discounted student registration, the student must be a member of the IEEE Information Theory Society or the Communications Society. Please join the IEEE and the society and get your IEEE number before registering.
- Each full or student registration includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, Monday evening welcome reception, Wednesday excursions, and Thursday conference banquet.
- Accepted papers require at least one author to be registered at the full rate.
- Each full registration covers a maximum of two papers.
- Posters do not require a full registration.
